Michael is a proven business strategist with two decades of hospitality management experience; broad experience across CBD hotels to Island Resorts, pre-openings, transitions, major project management of large scale refurbishments and redevelopments, repositioning properties in mature markets and identifying new market opportunities. Michael has considerable experience in change management and nurturing and developing existing talent. Michael's goal is to exceed business goals and objectives across the Hotels, Tourism and Leisure portfolio.
 
Michael has extensive knowledge of hotel pre-openings, property rebrands and transitions, project management of multimillion refurbishments and redevelopments, repositioning properties in mature markets and identification of new market opportunities.
 
Michael was recognised as Australian General Manager of the Year by 2013 HM Awards for Hotel and Accommodation Excellence and holds a Bachelor of Business, Tourism and Marketing.

Chad is responsible for the animal care department at Featherdale Wildlife Park. Chad has over 20 years experience working with Australian native fauna.
 
Chad's passion for the animal collection has seen him hold various positions at Featherdale over the years, starting as a Zookeeper, then moving into education and then collection curation.
 
Chads knowledge and experience of Australian natives ensures that the welfare of every animal within the collection is of the highest priority, and because of this focus, it is also one of the most diverse and successful collections in the country.

Most recently with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Emma was part of the Executive Team that won Hotel of the Year 2015 for Shangri-La Hotel Sydney. Emma has proven experience in management of hotel refurbishments and openings in Australia, Europe and North America as well as working at several Olympic Games.
 
A strong revenue background assists Emma in achieving financial goals whilst leading the team by example and focusing on guest satisfaction.
 
Emma holds a Diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management.
